Expanding the vision...
Also in 2016 Good Shepherd started a Kansas City non-profit called A Turning Point which focuses on supporting families by providing basic needs and education equipping them for self-sufficiency. ATP does this through a food pantry, a clothing wardrobe, a tutoring program called the Academy that helps adults graduate with their high school diploma. There are plans in the works to expand outreach even further into the community.
Little Lambs Preschool
Little Lambs Preschool operates at all 3 campuses, offering quality education to prepare birth to pre-K aged kids for school. They seek to provide families in our community with a spiritual early childhood education program that promotes social, emotional, intellectual, and physical growth through creative play and loving instruction.
