* We do recognize the baptisms from other faiths and traditions so we do not re-baptize; however we offer opportunities to remember your baptism throughout the year.

What can I expect during a baptism service?

Baptisms at Good Shepherd are a joyful celebration of faith and community! You’ll be surrounded by a welcoming congregation as we come together to celebrate this meaningful step in your spiritual journey. The pastor will guide you through the process, ensuring you feel prepared and supported every step of the way.

Do I need to bring anything?

Just yourself! Everything you need will be provided, including towels, a baptismal shirt, and anything else required for the service. We encourage you to bring friends and family to witness and celebrate this special moment with you.

when are baptisms offered?

We typically offer baptisms quarterly, providing opportunities throughout the year to take this step of faith. Keep an eye on our website or reach out to us for the next available date. We’d love to help you prepare for this meaningful experience!

how do you baptize?

We offer baptism by immersion once per year. This is a special service where we immerse you under the water. Our most common form of baptism is by sprinkling of water from our baptismal font. You can talk with a pastor about your choice.

If your baptism at Good Shepherd was a meaningful moment in your faith journey, we’d love to hear your story! How did it impact your life, deepen your relationship with Jesus, or bring you closer to our community? Your story could inspire others to take the next step in their faith.

WE'D LOVE TO HEAR YOUR FAITH JOURNEY!
