This weekend, you’re invited to IGNITE—a vibrant movement at the heart of our community, igniting hope and meaningful change for new generations. Come celebrate how far we’ve come and see how your spark can fan the flame God has already started. Don’t miss your chance to be part of something bigger, right here at Good Shepherd!

Wednesday, October 29th: Ever wonder what the world was like when the New Testament was written? What was the first century understanding of the Kingdom of God? What were the Gospels? Who was Paul and why were his letters so controversial? Join us for our second Digging Deeper Workshop where we’ll explore these questions and more!

Sunday, November 2nd: Candy Tithe is coming up next Sunday, November 2nd at all services. We’re inviting kids to bring in 10% of their Halloween candy to donate during worship. Everything we collect will go to kids in Venezuela—a simple, meaningful way to give, and spread a little joy to others!

Wednesday, November 5th: Need a break from the noise and chaos of everyday life? Our monthly Contemplative Prayer Night, is coming up November 5th from 7–8PM. You’ll experience a guided reflection, practice resting in God’s love, and listening for His gentle voice. Learn new strategies, find a little peace, and leave feeling refreshed.

Saturday, November 8th: Join us for a thoughtful panel discussion featuring people who are transgender, parents of transgender teens, panelists who love and care for transgender folks, and others who champion the LGBTQ+ community. We’ll share stories, address misconceptions, and celebrate the many ways God’s grace is present in every life. Come curious, leave inspired—this is a morning you won’t want to miss!

Surviving The Holidays: Struggling with grief this holiday season? You’re not alone. Join us for Surviving the Holidays on November 22nd from 10AM–12PM at our North Oak campus. This supportive workshop offers a safe space to share, connect, and find comfort with others who understand what you’re going through.

Our Monthly Dashboard: Our Dashboard offers a monthly snapshot and year-to-date comparison of our giving and attendance numbers at Good Shepherd. Thank you for being a vital part of this movement!

Last weekend, we wrapped up our series, “Things the Bible Doesn’t Say,” with a phrase you’ve likely heard before: “Love the Sinner, Hate the Sin.” It was a powerful conclusion you won’t want to miss—watch it below!
